How to report misconduct

Whistleblowing Reporting Platform

The whistleblowing reporting platform has been implemented in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, to protect individuals who wish to report breaches of European Union law and national regulations (illegal activities) of which they have become aware within the company. Reports can be submitted completely anonymously, without fear of consequences or retaliation.

Through encryption tools, the platform ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, as well as of all individuals mentioned in the report, the content of the report and any related documentation.

  • Reports are submitted by completing a dedicated form and may also be sent anonymously;
  • Reports are received and managed by the person responsible for handling whistleblowing reports, ensuring, from a technological standpoint, the confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the report;
  • The platform allows anonymous communication between the whistleblower and the whistleblowing officer for requests of clarification or further information, without the need to provide personal contact details;
  • Reports can be submitted from any digital device (PC, tablet, smartphone), both within and outside the organization. Confidentiality is guaranteed under all circumstances.
